Location: East

Responsibilities:

• Handle all export-related queries

• Coordinate with shippers on collection and export arrangements

• Work with sales and destination offices on approvals and rates

• Coordinate with finance on COD shipments and credit limit issues

• Arrange collections with vendors

• Coordinate with air freight planner on flight schedules

• Work with import team on re-export shipments

• Process export permits with permit team

• Coordinate with warehouse on cargo handling, packing, and storage

• Liaise with external vendors for DG packing, crating, and fumigation

• Provide shipping instructions to export operations team

• Support Manager with daily operations and issues

• Assist in department projects and new account setup
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process

• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010

• Flexible / Adaptive to changes

• Meticulous to details
