Tanah Merah Clinic Assistant - #1161700

Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evening shift) for our Tanah Merah branch. They are expected to be proficient at the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:

Counter duties

- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

- Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals

- Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors

- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination

- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries

- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures

Administrative tasks

- Submission of subsidised claims

- Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes

- Stock take and ordering of medications and consumables

- Scanning of documents

- Regular maintenance (fridge, autoclave, stock)
