Sales Executive - #1161693

FSL Express Logistics is a growing logistics and freight forwarding company specialising in Singapore to Malaysia Trucking, warehousing, Air/Ocean freight and total logistics solutions. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and grow together.

Role: Sales Executive (Hunter)

Hours: Monday to Friday | 0900 to 18000 hrs (Flexibility required for Saturdays if operational needs arise)

Job Responsibilities

1) Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers to grow the company's revenue.

2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

3) Follow up on marketing-generated leads from our SEO/SEM campaigns and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

4) Conduct sales calls, customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to potential clients.

5) Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

• Understand customers' logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions.

6) Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

7) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.

8)Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or B2B sales is preferred.

- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and customer visits.

- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
