Senior Executive, Investor Relations - #1161672

We are seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven Investor Relations Professional to oversee our global debt investment program. Sitting within the finance department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with debt investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fixed-income investors (e.g., institutional bondholders, private lenders, and banks). Prepare presentation materials and organize roadshows, non-deal roadshows (NDRs) and investor meetings.

• Prepare and translate financial results and risk metrics into audience-appropriate materials, including debt investor presentations, credit updates, and covenant compliance reports.

• Assist CFO in marketing new debt issuances, monitoring market trends and analyzing potential investor appetite and targets.

• Assist CFO in preparing quarterly/half-yearly market commentaries and press releases.

• Act as an internal advisor regarding how internal corporate actions, leverage strategies, and M&A impact the company's credit profile. Work closely with legal, accounting to ensure alignment of messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investor relationships.

• Good understanding of fixed-income instruments and regulatory framework governing debt markets.

• Good ability to synthesize complex financial data and credit profiles into concise, clear, and compelling narratives.

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with demanding stakeholders.
