Working Hours:

(Rotating Shift)

Morning Shift:

Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm;

Saturday 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Sunday: OFF

Afternoon Shift:

Monday to Friday 3.30pm till the task is completed for the day

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Duties / Scope of Works

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers

• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently

• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System

• Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely

• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time

• Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently

• Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System

• Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online

• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking

• Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or ‘A’ level

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in logistics traffic control preferred

• Proficient in English and able to liaise with internal and external PRC staffs/customers

• Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and detail in work

• Able to work in fast-paced environment

• Good planning and resources management

• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Proficient with Port of Singapore Authority Portnet and Haulier

• Community System will be an added advantage

• PC literate and proficient in MS office Excel and Outlook

• Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for drivers

• Willing to work in Pioneer area
