Basic Salary : $3000 - $4000 (Depends on Experience) + VB + AWS

Working Day : Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: Benoi Sector

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, products, and supplies according to operational requirements.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.

• Coordinate local and overseas logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability to support business operations.

• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records in the SAP Business One (SAP B1) system.

• Handle supplier claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items and follow through on resolutions.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers regarding shipments and deliveries.

• Support warehouse operations by checking, receiving, and verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Conduct stock monitoring and inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Liaise with internal departments to support procurement and inventory requirements.

• Prepare inventory and purchasing reports and perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Business Administration, or related field

• 1 year of experience in administration or operations
