System Engineer - #1161668

Role:

• We are hiring a system engineer to support production systems and help maintain the stability, reliability and security of mission-critical applications.

• This role is suitable for candidates with experience in production support, DevOps, platform operations, application support or systems engineering, especially those who enjoy troubleshooting live systems, supporting deployments and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support production applications and platform services after go-live.

• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot technical issues and help identify root causes.

• Support application deployments, rollback activities and post-deployment checks.

• Monitor application health, system performance, logs and alerts.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.

• Support containerised applications running on Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills:

• Experience in DevOps, platform operations, production support, application support, system engineering or a similar role.

• Experience supporting production or enterprise systems.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar.

• Hands-on exposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging or observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix or similar.

• Able to support production issues that require timely response, structured troubleshooting and clear coordination.
