Procurement Executive (Commercial Kitchen Equipment) DP6 - #1160420

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new commercial kitchen equipment suppliers and vendors locally and internationally to expand procurement options and support business needs.

• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes.

• Prepare cost analyses and procurement estimates to support budgeting, project planning, and purchasing decisions.

• Manage procurement activities within approved budgets and ensure purchasing expenditures align with company objectives.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records to support operational efficiency and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Maintain and update procurement, inventory, and supplier information within the company's systems and databases.

• Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, quality concerns, and supplier performance matters.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments to support business operations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.

• Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes.

• Experience handling procurement budgets, inventory control, or cost analysis will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, food service equipment, hospitality equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
