Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for NTU Door Access Control System (DACS)
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
Support documentation, filing, and data entry for DACS
Liaise with internal stakeholders and NTU counterparts on scheduling and logistics
Provide 1st level response to enquiries/requests through NTU service portal for access changes
Maintain proper documentation
Support any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Skills & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
1–2 years of administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
