• Position : Building | Facility Manager (M&E | HVAC)

• Location : Central

• Working hours : 5.5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am–5:30pm | Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave + Completion Bonus

• Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable or Convertible to Permanent)

• Industry : Construction company specializing in ACMV and green technology systems

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage facility operations covering office services and building maintenance activities

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on site performance, risks, plans, and improvements

• Oversee maintenance schedules for HVAC / ACMV / MAU / AHU / Utilities systems

• Coordinate contractors, quotations, approvals, and monitor vendor SLA/KPI performance

• Handle consumables planning, stock control, and replenishment

• Lead incident response during breakdowns and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Supervise on-site FM team and support daily operations

Requirements:

• Atleast 3 years of relevant facilities management experience

• Knowledge of ACMV / HVAC systems and preventive maintenance planning will be preferred

• Exposure to laboratory / pharmaceutical / cleanroom / life science environment is an advantage
