System Engineer - #1161526

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support for IT infrastructure issues including network, servers and workstations at local and remote offices.

• Administration on CCTV, VoIP and other IT applications.

• Maintain up-to-date system inventory, documentation and reporting.

• Liaise with vendors with regards to purchase of new equipment and maintenance of existing equipment.

• Occasional travel may be required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer or IT related discipline, with at least 6 years hands-on experiences of IT administration.

• Solid experience in MS Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Data Backup (Veeam) and VMware virtualization.

• Hands on experience in maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN switch, Router (VPN) and Access Points.

• Certification in Microsoft (MCSE/MCP/MCITP), Networking or IT Security will be an advantage.

• Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and counterparts.
