Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Outpatient Clinic Ops (Resource Mgmt) - #1161481

You will manage and oversee the daily operations of Resource Management Unit to ensure seamless and timely delivery of outpatient services. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate optimal utilisation of clinic resources, enhancing workflows and processes as well as building a competent team. In addition, you will provide regular statistical reports on resource utilisation, participate in quality improvement activities, and contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree with preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare organisation

• Good team player with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

• Highly meticulous with strong analytical skills
