JOB DESCRIPTION

Dental Assistant:

• To assist dentists in carrying out dental treatments in the clinic.

• Ensure patients' comfort during the treatment

• Take care of patients pre-procedure and post-procedure

• Prepare the treatment rooms, stocking up dental materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards after every patient

• Ensure proper maintenance of dental instruments

Reception Duties

• Triage and advise patients.

• Perform patients appointment coordination

• Billing & Cashiering

• Manage general correspondence (email, messages, letters & packages)

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary (in the doctor's room & reception area)

• Undertake ad-hoc duties from time to time

• Have to have a good grasp of English and be familiar with pleasantries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
