What You’ll Be Doing

• Speak to and consult with customers confidently and professionally

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Convert enquiries into appointments, packages, and sales

• Follow up aggressively and intelligently to maximise conversions

• Build trust, handle objections, and close effectively

• Drive repeat business and long-term client value

• Deliver a premium customer experience while hitting numbers

For stronger candidates with leadership ability:

• Guide junior team members

• Raise sales standards and accountability

• Support bigger closes and improve team performance
