Singapore serves as a key regional hub, and this role will play an important part in ensuring seamless HR operations and employee experience across the market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – HR Operations to support end-to-end HR operations in Singapore. This role will be responsible for employee lifecycle administration, payroll coordination, work pass processing, compliance activities, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and has a strong understanding of Singapore HR practices and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Support onboarding, employee documentation, contract preparation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.

  • Ensure HR documentation is organized, compliant, and audit-ready.

  • Support continuous improvement and standardization of HR operational processes.

Compliance & Statutory Administration

  • Support compliance with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Assist with submissions and administration across government portals such as MOM, CPF, and IRAS.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and support implementation of required process updates.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance purposes.

Work Pass Administration

  • Coordinate Employment Pass, Dependant’s Pass, and related applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely processing.

  • Maintain accurate records and monitor renewal timelines.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support monthly payroll processing and validation activities.

  • Coordinate statutory submissions, CPF contributions, tax-related documentation, and payroll records.

  • Assist in benefits administration and employee queries.

  • Ensure payroll and benefits documentation is accurate and audit-ready.

HR Support & Employee Experience

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR operations queries.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

  • Assist HR Business Partners and managers with administrative and operational HR requirements.

  • Contribute to creating a positive employee experience through efficient HR support.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Partner with employees, managers, finance teams, payroll vendors, and external agencies.

  • Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of operational activities.

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams on HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Payroll Administration.

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Experience working with government portals such as MOM, CPF, and IRAS.

  • Exposure to payroll processing and employee lifecycle management.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail, consumer, or technology environment.

  • Knowledge of work pass administration and employee mobility processes.

  • Prior experience coordinating with payroll vendors and external service providers.
