Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations team. This role provides hands-on exposure to order fulfillment, delivery coordination, customer experience management, and business process improvement projects.
The intern will work closely with internal teams, service providers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations while supporting ongoing system enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Coordination & Operations Support
Coordinate and monitor daily delivery arrangements with logistics partners.
Support delivery scheduling with customers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve delivery-related issues.
2. OMS (Order Management System) Implementation Support
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation activities.
Support OMS implementation and go-live activities.
Coordinate order creation and operational processes during system migration periods.
3. Customer Experience & NPS Follow-up
Conduct customer follow-up calls and surveys to collect Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
Record customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities, prepare customer satisfaction reports and analysis.
Escalate customer concerns to the relevant departments when necessary.
4. Customer Service Knowledge Base Development
Consolidate and organize frequently asked questions (FAQs) from customer interactions.
Develop and maintain customer service knowledge articles covering both technical and non-technical topics.
Support training materials development for new customer service agents.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling data, reports, and administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship commitment of at least 6 months.
Experience in customer service, logistics, operations, or project coordination is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, OMS, or customer service systems is a plus.
