Assembly Process Engineer - #1161373

Responsibilities:
1. Perform process acceptance for production line workstations, and conduct maintenance and continuous optimization of assembly stations.
2. Develop and revise process documentation including process flow diagrams, PFMEA, SOP, process validation records and process checklists.
3. Conduct research and improvement on production processes and process parameters to enhance production first-pass yield, overall yield and operational efficiency.
4. Analyse in-process non-conforming units and drive improvement actions; lead cross-functional root cause investigation and ensure full implementation of corrective solutions.
Track and execute ECR and TCN on the production line to achieve full closed-loop management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production process maintenance. Prior experience in assembly processes for automotive electronics and optical components is highly preferred.
2. Capable of conducting independent failure analysis; able to read circuit diagrams and understand the operating principles of electronic component connections.
3. Well-versed in electronic product manufacturing processes and complete product development cycles, proficient in process validation methodologies, and equipped with solid data analysis capabilities.
4. Familiar with electronic assembly workflows, with practical experience in common processes such as screw fastening and dispensing. Experience in automated assembly lines is an added advantage.
5. Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese; possess strong cross-functional coordination skills and execution capabilities.
