Location: Jurong (Approximately 5 bus stops from Boon Lay MRT)
Up to S$4,000 (Depending on Experience)
Mon–Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Alternate Sat: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Looking for a stable accounting role with exposure to full set accounts and inventory accounting?

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is suitable for candidates with hands-on accounting experience who are keen to take ownership of accounting functions and grow within a stable organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle full set accounts and month-end closing

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting schedules

• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial statements

• Monitor inventory transactions, stock movements, and inventory records

• Assist with stock valuation, inventory costing, and stock reconciliation

• Participate in stock take exercises and investigate inventory variances

• Support annual audits, GST submissions, and statutory reporting

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders

• Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

• Experience handling full set accounts preferred

• Experience in inventory accounting, costing, or stock reconciliation is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• SAP experience will be an added advantage

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Meticulous, responsible, and organized
