• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ($18/shift)

• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM ($24/shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform optical polishing operations, including machine setup, pad conditioning, slurry preparation, and in-process inspections

• Optimize polishing parameters to achieve required surface quality and process consistency

• Conduct optical and mechanical measurements such as diameter, bevel, center thickness, concentricity, wedge, and form error

• Perform machine alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting of polishing defects

• Support production equipment setup and basic troubleshooting activities

• Carry out lens cleaning, handling, and inspection according to optical quality standards

• Record measurement results, process deviations, and equipment observations accurately

• Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Optics, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines

• 3 to 5 years of experience in optical polishing, precision manufacturing, or related industries

• Familiar with optical surface quality standards and polishing equipment

• Able to interpret metrology data and engineering drawings

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to work rotating shifts
