CNC Machinist - #1160010

Basic Salary up $3,200 + $600 Fixed Allowance + AWS + Bonus up to 2 month + Flexible Benefits +Other Allowances
(Gross $3800 before OT)

Location: Woodlands Area

Working Hours & Overtime

• Monday – Friday: 8.5 hours/day

• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM
  
  Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate all types of manual and CNC machines with a high level of proficiency.

• Thread all required materials on CNC lathes, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.

• Perform first article inspections and additional inspections on CNC machines as needed.

• Prepare, check, and maintain inspection tools and gauges, ensuring proper calibration and condition.

• Conduct 100% thread dimension inspections in accordance with gaging procedures, accurately recording results.

• Properly use and maintain all assigned tools and gauges throughout the production process.

• Read and interpret work routers, part drawings, and programs; provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to optimize cycle times while maintaining process control.

• Perform mathematical calculations required for CNC threading and gaging processes.

• Produce parts accurately from technical drawings.

• Mentor and train new CNC machinists once qualified.

• Execute assigned tasks efficiently, meeting production timelines.

• Work on a rotating schedule covering both day and night shifts.

• Perform overtime on weekdays and weekends as required.

• Assist with quality control inspections when needed.

• Experience in the oil & gas manufacturing industry is a advantage
