About the role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer, Customer Support to deliver high-quality technical service and support to our customers.
Key responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer service requests to deliver efficient, high-quality technical support
Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems at customer sites to ensure reliability
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective maintenance to maintain optimal system performance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring service excellence and reliability
Provide standby technical support outside regular working hours as required
About you
Minimum NITEC or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
Technical training or hands-on experience in servicing equipment and systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
Customer-oriented approach with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
