We are seeking a highly skilled of Onsite Engineer that able to help out at IT Workshop Counter to serve users when not attending to case on-site. As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you are the facing of IT for our team. You aren’t just fixing computers; you are saving someone’s workday. Whether troubleshooting a complex OS issue remotely or helping a colleague face-to-face at our ITcare counter, your technical skills and empathy will directly impact our team’s productivity and peace of mind.

Job Position 1 : Onsite Engineer (SPR/Singaporean Only~)

Working Location : SUTD (Upper Changi Road)

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday working hours (8am – 6pm) Saturday working hours (830am – 1pm)

Salary: $2600~$3000 + Additional Allowances: $ 50

Employment Type : 2 years contract renewable

Job Scopes & Responsibility :

• Provide exceptional 1st-level technical support face-to-face (onsite), over the phone, via email, and through remote assistance tools.

• Own, track, and resolve incidents and service requests. When a problem needs extra muscle, smoothly escalate it to the right team while keeping the user informed.

• Maintain high data integrity by promptly updating and closing ticketing logs, ensuring no issue falls through the cracks.

• Step in to provide friendly, walk-up counter support to users needing immediate, hands-on help.

• Lend a hand with day-to-day IT administrative tasks to keep the department organized and efficient.

What We Are Looking For：

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Onsite IT support environment is preferable.

• Prefer strong, relevant troubleshooting skills in both Windows and macOS environments.

• Excellent written and spoken English. You can explain technical solutions to non-technical people clearly and calmly.

• High self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You stay cool, tactful, and empathetic, even when handling frustrated users or high-pressure crisis situations.

• A collaborative spirit who loves sharing knowledge with teammates and possesses a genuine willingness to serve others.

• Ready and willing to work staggered shifts and Saturday schedules.

Job Position 2 : Senior Onsite Engineer - Assistant Team Lead (SPR/Singaporean Only~)

As a Senior IT Engineer and Assistant Team Lead, you are the backbone of our campus IT operations. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a high-performing senior engineer looking to step into people management and operational leadership. You will split your time between solving high-level technical challenges, managing the lifecycle of vital IT assets, and coaching a dedicated team of Onsite Engineers to success.

Salary: $3000 ~ $3300 + Additional Allowances: $ 50

Job Scopes & Responsibility :

• Provide the premier tier of onsite support, resolving complex technical issues across desktops, notebooks/MacBooks, tablets, printers, plotters, MFDs, copiers, and scanners.

• Own the relationship with external 3rd-party maintenance vendors, managing escalations efficiently to ensure rapid hardware repair and support

• Conduct Preventive Maintenance on all Laptop, workstation and Macbook for University

• Able to assist the Team Lead to coach and manage a group of Onsite Engineers

What We Are Looking For

• 1- 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, with a proven track record of handling a diverse hardware ecosystem (including Windows, MacBooks, and high-end printing/plotting equipment).

• Prior experience assisting a team lead or a strong desire to mentor and manage a team of engineers.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data consolidation) and PowerPoint (creating client-ready presentations).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present data and reports to university clients and stakeholders.

• Experience with PC Tech Refresh projects, Asset Write-offs, and IT Disposal exercises would be the added advantages.
