Process Engineer - #1161259

Brief Description & Role

This role is responsible for ensuring products and processes comply with quality, safety, and environmental requirements while consistently meeting quality standards, customer specifications, and delivery commitments. The Process Engineer supports issue resolution, process improvement, and operational excellence across manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

1. Process Improvement: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve process or quality issues using structured root cause analysis.

3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.

4. Manufacturing Support: Support contract manufacturing activities for new and existing products to ensure quality and timely delivery.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Project or Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to support operational performance.

6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, SPC, and other relevant methodologies.
