We are currently hiring for the position of Admin Assistant with purchasing-related responsibilities, as outlined below:

Job Description:

• Manage direct and in-direct purchase order and records

• Manage, expedite and co-ordination with suppliers for on time delivery

• Ensure all deliveries and issues are documented and processed correctly

• Carry out ad-hoc assignments for superiors

Job Requirements:

• O-Level qualification or higher

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers
