Job Scope
Liaise with internal depts teams to push for urgent remittance payments
Perform calls on remittance payment status, returned funds / clarification
Sorting of sources or filing
Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be comfortable to speak to banking customers (non-sales)
Have good follow up skills and able to work in a fast pace environment
Good working attitude, responsible and proactive
