Experience working with Fiber, lasers or splicing.

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly, testing, cleaning, packing, and operation of vacuum systems.

• Maintain accurate electronic records while adhering to safety, quality, material control, and workmanship standards.

• Support process efficiency improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including corrective and preventive actions.

• Train and mentor colleagues in line with company procedures, work instructions, and grading requirements.

• Demonstrate flexibility by working across departments, supporting evolving business needs, and carrying out reasonable leadership requests.

The Ingredients for Success:

• Minimum GCE N Level or ITE Certificate.

• Experience in manufacturing or process environment will be added advantage
