About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated SAP Migration Support Executive to support a key SAP migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for data cleansing, master data validation, and migration preparation activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data being migrated into SAP.
Key Responsibilities
Master Data Cleansing & Validation
Review, cleanse, and validate master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support validation of procurement, supplier, purchasing, material, inventory, and planning-related master data.
Identify duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records and coordinate corrective actions with business stakeholders.
Validate data against established business rules and SAP migration requirements.
Support data standardization and governance activities to improve overall data quality.
SAP Migration Support
Assist in data collection, verification, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities.
Support migration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating migrated data and identifying discrepancies.
Maintain data tracking logs, issue registers, and validation records.
Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of migration milestones.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain migration-related documentation, reports, and status updates.
Track assigned tasks and provide regular progress updates.
Support project coordination and administrative activities throughout the migration lifecycle.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
No experience are welcome to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in administration, data management, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, materials planning, finance, operations, or related functions.
Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous but not required.
Experience working with master data, supplier records, purchasing data, inventory records, or material master data will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
