Key Responsibilities

Partner Network Management

• Onboard new parcel carriers, postal operators, and last-mile partners - managing the full integration process from initial engagement to operational readiness.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing carrier and partner contacts.

• Monitor partner performance across lanes, tracking key metrics such as delivery success rates, transit times, and exception rates.

• Produce regular performance reports on the parcel partner network for internal review.

• Flag underperforming partners and work with them on corrective action, escalating to the Business Operations Manager where needed.

Rate Management

• Maintain rate cards for parcel, express, and postal services - keeping them accurate and up to date.

• Review carrier rate revisions and update internal pricing accordingly.

• Coordinate with the Business Operations Manager on rate decisions that affect client pricing.

Operational Execution

• Handle end-to-end processing of express courier shipments, both import and export.

• Manage last-mile injection operations into China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan channels.

• Coordinate with carriers on shipment pickups, handovers, and delivery confirmations.

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues with carriers promptly and professionally.

Claims - Carrier & Vendor

• Take ownership of carrier and vendor-side claims follow-up for parcel shipments.

• Liaise with carriers to resolve loss, damage, and delay claims in a timely manner.

• Keep internal records updated and flag unresolved cases for escalation.
