About the Role
We are looking for a Café All-Rounder to support the daily operations of our upcoming outlet

This role is suited for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes initiative, and is comfortable working in a calm, customer-focused environment. As customers will primarily place orders through QR ordering, the role focuses more on guest engagement, food and beverage preparation, maintaining the space, and providing assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional experience

• Assist customers with QR ordering and resolve any ordering issues

• Answer questions about menu items and venue facilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests when required

• Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-presented café environment

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards

• Prepare and plate café menu items

• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality

• Replenish ingredients and supplies throughout the day

Operations & Housekeeping

• Perform opening and closing duties

• Clear and clean tables and service areas

• Wash and organize equipment, crockery, and utensils

• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations

Theatre & Event Support

• Support beverage sales during theatre performances and intermissions

• Assist with simple event and catering setups when required

Requirements

• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality

• Willingness to be an all-rounder (bar + FOH) and/or (Bar + Kitchen support)

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable interacting with customers and solving basic issues

• Good attention to cleanliness and detail

• Prior café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

• Basic coffee preparation experience is a bonus

• Eagerness to learn coffee skills and café operations

• Team player who is reliable and punctual
