Location: Hougang Nursing Home

The Assistant Manager (Digital & Data) supports the delivery and governance of digital, data, and AI-enabled initiatives across the organisation. The role focuses on analysis, coordination, and execution support, working closely with business, technology, and governance stakeholders.

• Digital, Data & AI Support:

Support digital, data, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives through analysis, documentation, and coordination.

Assist in identifying improvement opportunities using data, automation, or AI.

Support process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution documentation.

Support SAP systems operations and user requests, with on-the-job training provided.

• Data & Reporting:

Analyse data to support insights, reporting, and decision-making.

Assist in the preparation of dashboards, reports, and performance tracking materials.

Support benefits tracking for digital, data, and AI initiatives.

• Governance & Secretariat:

Provide secretariat support for transformation, digital, data, and AI governance forums or working groups.

Prepare meeting agendas, papers, presentations, and minutes.

Track decisions, actions, and follow-ups arising from governance meetings.

Maintain governance documentation, trackers, and reporting packs.

• Project & Stakeholder Support:

Support project planning, coordination, and progress tracking.

Prepare updates and materials for management and governance reporting.

Liaise with stakeholders to follow up on actions, data requests, and deliverables

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing or equivalent, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and reports

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on actions

• Interest in digital, data, AI, and governance work

Years of Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
