Youth Outdoor Facilitator (Adventure and Leadership Development) - #1161130

Get ready for an adventure-based job like no other!

You will be running 5-day outdoor programmes (Monday to Friday), staying on base or out in the field with participants throughout the journey. Expect up to 3 programme weeks per month, and during quieter weeks, you will support operations or take on other assigned duties.

Occasional overnight stays are part of the experience because real learning does not always happen indoors.

Salary: $3,950 – $5,200

What to expect:

• Lead outdoor learning activities and teach survival skills

• Guide participants through teamwork, reflection, and personal growth

• Ensure safety is maintained in all outdoor environments

• Serve as a role model in leadership and youth development
  

Requirements:

• Open to Singaporeans and eligible foreign candidates

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Outdoor Education preferred).
  Higher Nitec may be considered based on relevant experience

• Passion for working with and mentoring young people

• Strong leadership and ability to adapt in dynamic settings

• Good communication skills to teach and facilitate effectively

• Candidates should be confident in water-based and high-element activities.
  

Process after short-listed:

1. Selected candidate to go for Medical Check-up to ensure they are medically cleared

2. Selected candidate to go for ISP Briefing upon successful Medical Check-up

3. Selected candidate to go for a 3 Day 2 Nights Course

4. After 3D2N course, candidates that pass the course will be selected to go for a panel interview

5. Candidates will be offered the role and start out as a trainee and undergo Basic Instructor Training - BIT(6 Months)
