Programme Implementation & Safety Management

• Step out of your own comfort zone to take on new challenges!

• Lead and deliver safe and engaging activities that align with programme aims and objectives

• Maintain effective communication with parents, schools, and staff when handling registration, feedback, and other essential interactions

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and plan necessary health and safety measures to ensure safe delivery of quality programmes

• Ensure all activities are aligned with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Grow as you explore new ways to engage and inspire children - we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Requirements:

• Passion towards outdoor adventure learning and inspiring children

• Positive learning attitude and a growth mindset

• Relevant experience in a similar capacity; conducting outdoor-related programmes / facilitating workshops

• Exhibit classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage children effectively

• Currently residing in Singapore

• Available to start work within one month’s notice
