Position: Merchandising Executive (Product Sourcing / Corporate Gifts)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave, with yearly increment up to 21 days

Main Responsibilities:
Assist with the sourcing and development of new gifting products, including supplier evaluation, sampling, costing, and negotiations.
Manage the company’s Promotional & Premium Catalogue, ensuring the product range, aesthetics, pricing, lead time, and quality remain competitive.
Maintain and update the backend website to ensure accurate product availability, pricing, descriptions, and lead times.
Ensure updated price lists, production timelines, and cost sheets are obtained from suppliers and reflected accurately in internal records.
Build and maintain strong regional supplier relationships across Singapore, Malaysia, and other relevant supplier markets.
Oversee showroom organisation and product display together with the merchandising team.
Coordinate product updates, catalogues, pricing, and visuals with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Support product lifecycle decisions, stock planning, and quality control checks.
Maintain proper product documentation, specifications, costing records, and supplier information.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Relevant experience in merchandising, product sourcing, product development, or related functions.
Experience in gifting, lifestyle products, retail, premiums, or promotional merchandise will be an advantage.
Strong sourcing capabilities, with experience managing overseas suppliers and factories, including China-based suppliers, due to the company’s supplier network.
Good negotiation, costing, and supplier management skills.
Strong product sense, attention to detail, and ability to assess product quality, pricing, and market suitability.
Independent, proactive, and able to coordinate merchandising activities with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment involving regional suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel to Malaysia, China, and other sourcing regions when required.
