Job Scope

Delivered desktop support to end users, resolving technical issues while maintaining SLA and customer satisfaction standards.
Managed incident lifecycle: logged, prioritized, documented, and escalated tickets as needed.
Performed system imaging/re-imaging, configuration, and technical troubleshooting across devices.
Maintained accurate asset inventory records and updated incident documentation.
Collaborated with third-party vendors and internal teams, while creating and updating work instructions, standards, and procedures.
