Ensure compliance with incident reporting guidelines
Implement, drive, promote, monitor and mange safety in compliance with company's directives and guidelines
Manage service business within the designated areas
Manage business P&L , growth and profitability to meet yearly target
Manage all resources in line with values and policies to sustainably develop the service business by exceeding customer expectations
Develop and maintain relationship with customers to understand their needs and expectations and solve arising issues to ensure highest customer satisfaction
People development - actively drive the technical and non-technical development to ensure all work is conducted according to established procedures and work instructions to enlighten customers
Close gaps and develop competency of the service team
Requirements:
Min Degree in any relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction / managing customers
Exposure in facilities management/ M&E/ engineering/ service industry
Exposure working in lift/ elevator industry advantageous
Experience in operating revenue, profitability and sales
Possess good communication skills
Able to communicate with all levels
