Salary: Basic Up $2600 + VB
Working hours: 5.25 Days 8.30am-6pm , Sat 8.30am-12pm
Work Location: Ubi Rd/ Alexandra
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, customer enquiries, and message taking.
Welcome customers, assist with check-in, and coordinate with the service team.
Manage incoming mails, parcels, payment collection, and counter duties.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform filing duties.
Coordinate shuttle service and customer transport arrangements.
Assist Service Advisors with quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and parts coordination.
Follow up with customers on service updates and surveys.
Perform scanning, documentation, and general administrative support duties.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma.
2–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Automotive industry or Autoline system experience is an advantage
