Job Description Summary
Integrate, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment to meet internal specs and customer acceptance test requirements.
Support daily production, documentation, customer technical engagement, and shift handover.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electro-mechanical assembly/ integration tasks as instructed by Supervisor (module install, fit-up/alignment, cable/hose routing, labeling, torque per spec).
Execute tests per WI/procedures: vacuum pump-down/base pressure/leak checks, gas/MFC verification and purge checks, RF/match/plasma ignition/stability checks (within authorized limits), thermal stability/sensor verification.
Troubleshoot failures across vacuum, RF, gas delivery, thermal, pneumatics, sensors, and control I/O using structured methods.
Verify safety interlocks, alarms, and tool configuration (BOM/ options/ software versions/ recipes-limits).
Support rework/repair and confirm effectiveness through retest with documented evidence.
Maintain readiness of test stations, fixtures, and diagnostic tools; support basic PM checks and downtime escalation.
Ensure instruments/tools are within calibration; support MSA/GR&R activities when required.
Maintain complete, traceable records (logs, checklists, calibration certs, configuration control, release evidence).
Follow non-conformance/ MRB and containment process; support audit readiness and CAPA closure verification.
Attend customer technical meetings, acceptance test reviews as assigned; present test evidence, failure findings, containment actions, and closure status.
Track and close customer action items with internal alignment and documented proof.
Prepare daily reports (output, WIP, FPY/retest, top failures, downtime, risks/constraints).
Conduct structured shift handover (station status, pending retests, priority tools, containment, parts constraints).
Comply with EHS/ESD and controlled-environment requirements (vacuum/gas/electrical safety awareness, LOTO where authorized).
Maintain 5S and housekeeping in integration/test areas.
Support audits (ISO/ customer) by ensuring documentation, records, calibration evidence, and process adherence are audit-ready.
Participate in continuous improvement to enhance throughput, reduce cycle time, prevent escapes, and improve process robustness.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
0–2 years (entry) or 2+ years (experienced) in production test / system test / debug / manufacturing engineering environment.
