Ramp Associate (Airport Operations)

Changi Airport, Singapore

Estimated Gross Monthly Earnings: SGD 2,000 – 2,600++ (Before Overtime)

SGD 5,000 Sign-On Incentive

What You'll Receive

Monthly Earnings

  • Shift Allowance

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Additional Earnings

  • Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly basic rate

  • Annual Performance Bonus

Sign-On Incentive

Receive up to SGD 5,000: Terms and conditions apply.

Work Schedule

  • Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • 44-hour work week

  • Shift timings are based on operational requirements and may include early morning or overnight schedules

Leave Entitlements

  • 12 Days Annual Leave

  • 14 Days Outpatient Sick Leave

  • 60 Days Hospitalisation Leave

Requirements

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor environment

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Responsible, dependable and safety-conscious

  • Prior experience in logistics, ground handling, warehouse operations or aviation-related roles is advantageous
