Roles & Responsibility
· Develop, manage, and grow new and existing accounts within assigned territories.
· Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up, to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues professionally.
· Conduct client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to identify business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the best service.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline with proper documentation.
· Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, competitor tracking, and weekly/monthly reports.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue & margin targets.
· Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
Key Requirements
· Diploma in Marine Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field preferred).
· Basic understanding of technical or engineering concepts (training provided).
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial/technical service, will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
· Team player with positive working attitude.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
