Overview
Join a dynamic HR team supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, talent development, training administration, and shared services functions within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role will start off as a contract position and offers exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle support, training coordination, and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily HR operational and administrative activities across various HR functions.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, offboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist in training administration, course coordination, claims processing, and maintenance of training records.
Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, talent development programmes, and organisational activities.
Handle HR-related enquiries, documentation, data entry, and maintenance of HR records and filing systems.
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related tracking using Microsoft Excel and other systems.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external parties on HR matters and administrative coordination.
Support HR communications, announcements, posters, and engagement materials using Canva or related tools.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up of HR processes and documentation.
Perform any other ad-hoc HR administrative or project duties assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines.
Prior HR, administrative, training coordination, or operations experience will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Canva or design-related tools will be advantageous.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Organised, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs.
