Job Description:

  • Manage daily operations and service delivery at assigned service points to ensure smooth patient care and a positive patient experience

  • Support work planning, budgeting, and implementation of operational initiatives

  • Manage procurement activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion

  • Collaborate with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational and system-related issues

  • Monitor patient flow and service efficiency (including registration, admissions, billing, and waiting time), and manage resource allocation effectively

  • Handle feedback and complaints, support workflow improvements, and perform additional duties as assigned by Reporting Officer/HOD


Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
