Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business growth (Farming 90% / Developing 10%)
• Manage daily customer service operations to ensure prompt and high-quality support
• Handle inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback via phone and email
• Coordinate with overseas relocation teams to deliver seamless and consistent service standards
• Provide tailored relocation solutions based on client requirements
• Support ad-hoc tasks and operational needs as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Relevant experience in the relocation/moving industry, preferably with sales exposure
• Experience in hunting sales is an added advantage
• Strong sales track record with demonstrated negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different cultures
