We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accounts Assistant to support both administrative and accounting functions of the company. The successful candidate will assist in invoice processing, inventory administration, accounts documentation, customer communication, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Duties
Match and verify invoice amounts against accounting records and system entries.
Process accounting transactions using accounting software (e.g., Tally or equivalent accounting systems).
Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
Prepare weekly and monthly payment vouchers.
Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents.
Administrative Duties
Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and promptly.
Handle inventory data entry and stock movement records.
Process and prepare airway bills, shipping documentation, and permit applications.
Coordinate with logistics providers and customers regarding shipments.
Attend to incoming phone calls and customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
Perform general office administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

5.5 Working days
Weekday: 7.30am - 3.30pm, Weekend: 7.30am - 11.00am
Able to work as a team.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skills: Microsoft Office.
Required languages: English & Mandarin (In order to handle queries, feedback, and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the accounts related matter.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification
