Job Description

  • Monthly Accounts Consolidation – Prepare and present consolidated financial statements for management and key stakeholders.

  • Audit & Tax Compliance – Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all entities within the group adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.

  • Financial Reporting & Review – Deliver accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in both English and Mandarin.

  • Cross-Border Coordination – Act as a key liaison between management and external stakeholders across Singapore and China.

  • Team Management – Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing for both Singapore and China entities.

  • Conflict Resolution – Proactively identify and resolve operational or team-related issues to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Holding Company Matters – Support and manage matters relating to the holding company/head office in Singapore and China, as directed by the Chief of Staff.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Construction or Engineering industry.

  • Prior experience in a China-based MNC environment will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively and prepare reports for China-based stakeholders.

  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, with strong ability to manage expectations and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues, evaluate implications, and recommend effective solutions.

  • Willing to travel overseas for business purposes as required.
