1. Project Logistics Manager (Oversized Cargo Experience) Up to $8,000 @Commonwealth

• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for M&E equipment and materials.

• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local transportation.

• Develop and manage site logistics plans aligned with construction schedules.

• Control delivery sequencing under space and access constraints

• Coordinate with M&E contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on-site

• Manage off-site warehousing and delivery, heavy lift & oversized cargo.

• Identify and mitigate logistics risks impacting project progress

• Diploma/Degree holder with 5 years in project logistics/contruction site-based coordination.

• Experience working with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects.

2. Supply Chain Coordinator /Up to $4,500 /Mon-Fri;8.30am-5.30pm @Alexandra Rd

• Coordinate & negotiate with internal/external parties i.e customers, supplier & freight forwarders .

• Daily shipment arrangement including PO generating and issuing, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.

• Perform supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)

• Perform Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).

• Diploma/Degree with experience in Import/Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)

• Experience in liaising with Customers/ Suppliers/ Forwarders for overseas shipments.

• Experience in high volume of Purchase Orders environment, able tocommit overtime & travel.
