Full Time Assistant Centre Manager / Centre Lead (East Region) - #1160541

About Us

We specialise in Singapore Math programmes for students aged 4 to 16 and are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to come in as Assistant Centre Manager/ Centre Lead (mainly stationed Pasir Ris), to oversee and support the daily operations and development of our East Region centres (Pasir Ris/Bedok/Tampines/Farrer Park).

If you have passion and teaching experience for math subject, we are able to include teaching scope in this newly created role too.

If you do not have teaching experience, you are welcome to apply too.

Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Service

Manage enquiries, administer diagnostic assessments and conduct programme consultations (training will be provided)

2) Manage and handle the East Region’s customer communications channels - phone line, WhatsApp, Social Media

3) Handle student administration, printing of worksheets, scheduling and payment collection

4) Yearly event planning (such as open house) at centre level to drive business goals

5) Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment

6) Provide support to teachers, students and parents

7) Assist director in marketing activities and mall management tasks

8) Interview, hire and manage temp admin staff

9) Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centres

Requirements

1) Diploma or Degree qualification

2) Strong communication and customer service skills

3) Comfortable working with students aged 4 to 16

4) Confident in communicating with parents and handling enquiries

5) Responsible, organised and able to work independently

6) Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Dropbox and Google Drive

7) Good proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage but not required

8) Willing to travel across our centres when required

Working Hours (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)

• Weekdays: 1pm - 9pm

• Weekends: 10am - 6pm

Minimum Commitment Period:

1 year and above
