Senior Business Development Manager (Regional Accounts)
Drive regional revenue growth by securing high-value commercial office and retail fit-out projects, while expanding the customized fixtures and joinery business across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Kaki Bukit
Key Responsibilities
Project Acquisition
Proactively identify, pursue, and close large-scale commercial office and retail fit-out projects
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across Singapore and SEA
Fixture & Joinery Business Growth
Drive revenue for bespoke fixtures, millwork, and custom furniture solutions
Cross-sell integrated design, build, and manufacturing capabilities
Tender & Proposal Management
Lead end-to-end RFP/tender processes from qualification to submission
Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals while optimizing margins
Strategic Account Development
Secure and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for regional rollouts
Expand relationships with retail brands, corporate clients, and developers
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in:
Commercial Interior Fit-out
Contract Furniture / Joinery / Millwork
Proven track record in Singapore and/or SEA markets
Strong understanding of:
Fit-out costing
Spatial planning
Custom fixture/joinery production processes
Strong negotiation skills, including contract management and value engineering
Able to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and procurement leaders
Existing client base/network in commercial fit-out or contract furniture is highly advantageous
