Role Summary
Drive sales by finding customers, presenting products/services, and closing deals while maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients by providing consistent sales service, follow- up on enquiries and rapport building.
· Participate in sales outreach events, trade & road shows.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
· Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
· Present and promote products or services to potential clients in a professional manner.
· Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.
· Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to management.
· Stay up to date with market trends, competitors and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans.
· Handle negotiations and close deals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design or related fields.
· Good communication skills (Spoken and Written)
· At least 2 years of relevant experience (Sales).
· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
· Outgoing and proactive in providing support.
