• Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets)

• Location : Tuas Avenue – Company Transport provided @ Jurong East MRT

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS+ Variable Bonus + Annual leaves + Medical Benefits

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Coating/Paint Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of accounts

• Check supplier’s invoices & seeks approval before process payment

• Able to handle AP/AR/GST functions

• Petty cash reimbursement

• Monthly bank reconciliations & prepare weekly bank balance report

• Maintain proper documentation and filing for Audit and Tax purposes

• Assist with the preparation of month-end closing and year-end audits

• Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters

• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least an Account LCCI or equivalent

• At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment

• Experience in Dynamic Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
