Job Scope:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotation requests, tender administration, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management.

• Ensure all purchased materials and services meet operational requirements and user specifications.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance.

• Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.

• Coordinate with the Finance team on procurement-related financial matters.

• Conduct market analysis and supplier research to identify new sourcing opportunities.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with established company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the engineering, logistics, aerospace, marine, or related industries.
